Week 1 RB's - Rookie or No Rookie

So I took A Rodgers in the first round, which while i'm happy, it left me with some middle of the road RB's to pick and choose from (14 person league). Who do I start out of: S. Jackson, D. Sproles, or D. Martin (R).

Scoring: 1pt per 25 yrds, PPR, 6pt per TD

Some of the other things to take into consideration is that Sproles is having a minor knee issue, and Martin, though a rookie, is going up against the second easiest run defense in CAR. So who should I start? Much appriciated, I'll try to answer yours too.

I'd go with SJax though Martin would be a very close 2nd choice

Jackson, Martin, Sproules, in that order. I'm assuming you start 2 of these 3?
