I grudgingly drafted Romo to be the starter, he averaged around 300/3td vs NYG last year, but I am concerned with Witten, and the crap o-line.
Schaub (who has been my starter through two championship seasons prior to last year's injury) has a fully healthy WR corps. Is facing a decent MIA pass rush, but questionable secondary. I also have Foster.
ROSTER : QB - Tony Romo, Matt Schaub WR - A.J. Green , Julio Jones, Nate Washington, Lance Moore, Danny Amendola RB - Arian Foster, Frank Gore, Beanie Wells, Kendall Hunter TE - Jimmy Graham K - Matt Bryant DEF - Philadelphia
The key to a winning season is focusing on one opponent at a time. Winning one week at a time. Never look back and never look ahead. Chuck Noll
I think I would go Schaub. Like you said he and Andre are both healthy so take advantage of that. Romo is dealing with injuries to Austin, Bryant, and Witten might sit.

This is good advice. Follow it!

"We couldn’t do diddley poo offensively, we couldn’t make a first down, we couldn’t run the ball, we didn’t try to run the ball, we couldn’t complete a pass - we sucked."
id actually go with Romo. He historically airs it out, and makes things happen when under pressure. If NY goes up early, hell be forced to throw to play catch-up. Despite the Witten factor, i think Austin and Dez will be effective enough to allow him to get at least 250+ yds passing and a pair of scores.
Schaub could have a good game, but they could also go up early and pound the ball with Foster/Tate and eat the clock. Johnson is just as capable of tweaking a knee or hammy as Dez/Austin.
Schaub. Not only is Witten out, but it looks like Austin (from all accounts other than Austin) isn't at 100%. Schaub is the better start.
Best 1-2 team in the world. 12 team PPR... leading the league in points scored.
QB- Vick, Fitzpatrick RB- Lynch, R Bush, T Rich, R Williams, P Thomas WR- Green, T Smith, Moore, Lafell, Simpson TE- Graham, Cook DEF- Seattle, Philly K- Hanson
Even before I saw the projections above, I knew that I had dafted Romo as a top 7-10 QB (as most people did), and watched as others (not me) took Schaub as a backup QB. If you want to start a tandem go ahead, but that will drive you nuts..
ROMO would be my man until he went down or had a bye week.

If it loves you, it will come back to you...
If it doesn't come back to you...
You can always hunt it down and kill it....
