Tier 1
Decker-I view him as the go to receiver for Manning
Lloyd-not sure how many targets he will get but plenty of upside against the Titians
Brown-Ben will look his way, Wallace will be on Champ Bailey
Tier 2
DJax-Maclin is the go to receiver
