Please rate my team and give some advice

I had the 2nd pick in an ESPN 10 team league but because of an internet connection/autopick error I ended up with Stafford at that spot. Guess it could've been worse though, was planning on taking Rodgers anyways.

Been told I shouldn't start a te at flex. Should I stick with Finley or try to claim Jennings or Ronnie Brown? Another option is to try and trade Finley and a WR for a starting RB and then try to get gresham as a backup. What do you think is the best option?
