Need your opinions on my team in big money league!! WHIR

Alright the format is standard with all tds being 6 pts. With that being said i need as many opinions as i ca get this is my money league it was 200 dollar buy ins 10 team league, yahoo sports fantasy football. When rating my team keep in mind i had 9th pick in draft.
Roster is this:

Qb:Eli manning, Shaub
Wr;wes walker
WR:roddy white
RB: Ray Rice
RB: Chris johnson
te: jermain gresham
w/r/t: Frank gore
k: matt bryant
def: nework giants

bench:dez bryant; vincent jackson, demarius thomas, benjarvis green ellis, issac redman


Little nugget is i was 9th pick in draft and ray rice dropped to me lol idk how but i snabbed him immediatly. give me u guys thoughts please thanks!

Rice to 9!? Both Chris Johnson and Rice should have been gone by 9!
I wouldn't be surprised if you ran the table.

If I could call it a weakness, Welker doesn't score many TDs but he makes up for it in yardage. But with Gore as your flex, Thomas and V.Jackson will all fill in there nicely, you have a pretty strong roster.

Yeah no kidding. You look to be set at every position. Rice/CJ at 9/12 is ridiculous, and you got 2 great receivers on the comeback. Though I'm a little down on Welker this year, he's still very good value at 29th or 32nd.

Weaknesses? Eh, not a huge fan of Gore or Redman, and think you could upgrade at the flex. Your WR depth is ridiculous so I'd have no problem packaging any of Dez/VJax/Thomas for another stud RB.
