Drop hardesty for hillman in dynasty league?

We just finished our dynasty league draft last night. I've had Montario Hardesty on my team for a couple years now, but it seems that with Trent Richardson there now he will never pan out. I'm stacked at RB, so whoever I have will just remain on the bench.

Should I drop Hardesty to pick up Ronnie Hillman (MCGahee's days are numbered) or maybe for Brian Quick or Lance Kendricks?

It's a 10-team leage, here's my team:
