For Power & Playoff Rank Tiebreakers , does anyone else play in a league where head-to-head is most important? I do in some of my other leagues and it keeps things fun and the smack talk rolling. Here are the current tie-breakers:

Most average points/game
Best division record (same division only)
Best head-to-head record
Hardest schedule (points)
Hardest schedule (record)

Would anyone else like to see a change to this order? If we don't put head-to-head at the top, I would say it at least belongs #2 above best division record.

Head-to-head turned out to be a reall issue last year with a fleaflicker league, and the way they do head-to-head, got other teams involved that shouldn't have instead of truly being head-to-head. Most avg points/game will avoid this.

Honestly, I don't even want to argue about this. I'll think about putting it up to a vote next year.

These rules were in place well before the draft started, and everyone had the oppertunity to choose to play by those rules, or not join the league. There is no perfect carbon copy to make the "best fantasy league" we have ever played in, and this league isn't going to be like any others we have played in. I appreciate the ideas and concerns regarding the rules, but until next year, the rules will stay as written.

I like how it is also. Head to head just increases the chance that the better team doesn't necessarily win the tiebreaker.

;-D X 1000

I'm going to start a thread that can stay open through the season and into the next offseason for any rules changes that owners want to see. State your case. If another owner "seconds" the idea, we will take a vote next offseason.

Just spoke to C4L, he's with his Boss all day today, and won't be able to get in to make his pick until probably 3 or later California time. He did say if anyone was interested in trading for this pick, he's open to it. Just PM me your proposal and I'll be the "broker" for the deal.
