Give me a yes, no, or counter offers... He Offered me: Calvin Johnson and Jay Cutler for Cam Newton and Hakeem Nicks
I know its a good trade, but I made it known to my league that I was shopping Newton, should I hold out and try to get more than Johnson?

25yards/point passing, 4pts TD. 10yard/point running and catching, 6pts TD.

I would take that deal unless you can get an elite RB (Foster, Rice, McCoy, maybe Chris Johnson depending on your feelings on him) instead. But, it doesn't get much better than C. Johnson so that's a very good deal in my mind.

That is an easy trade. You have Brady and Cutler should improve. You are getting the best and easily most consistent WR in the game, which is much harder to find than anything else.
