Doesn't interfere with bye weeks and have Celek as backup for Hernandez already. KSmith would be an upgrade from Helu or PThomas right now.

I think no way would I do this. I'd find another RB to target, Smith isn't reliable at all.

Forgot to mention PPR 16! team league. Peoples bench rosters are shallow. 10 starters (QB,2RB,3WR,TE, K, 2IDP), 6 bench players. Does that change things?

Not really. The way I see it, Smith may have a good couple weeks, but he isn't a rb that i'd try to target. I'd rather trade for someone who has a better chance to produce for an entire season.
