My McGahee +Garcon or TSmith for his Fitz or Green

I had 7th pick ended up with great QB, TE, and depth at RB. My weakness is WR. I have a WR1 in White and a bunch of 3s. I want an upgrade at WR. A guy in my league missed the draft and ended with Megatron, Fitz, and AJ Green as first three picks. His RBs are Bush and RIcharson. He obviously wants RBs.
I initially offered DBrown and TSmith as my starting bid for Green. He wants more.

1. Fitz or Green ... has to be Fitz right?
2. Who do you like more TSmith or Garcon? I think I would rather keep Garcon as a sleeper if RGIII hits. I think a little more upside then TSmith.
3. McGahee + TSmith for Fitz is a good trade for me right?
4. Pick up RWIlliams (Ari-RB), FJones (Dal-RB), I Pead(StL-RB), or LeShoure/Best(Det-RB)

i would actually target green because of the arizona qb situation. i know fitz will still get his but i rather have dalton throwing my receiver the ball. green is looking like he will finish top 5 and regarding which wr u give up i rather i keep garcon

Ordinarily I would say it would have to be Fitz, but I don't know anymore. I guess it would still have to be Fitz, but there's a chance Green could surpass him this season.

I agree with your gut about Garcon. He and RGIII have looked great together in preseason. Think he's got a chance to do some good stuff this season.

McGahee + Smith for Fitz is a good trade for you, especially for your need of WR.

I would pick up Williams.
