ESPN Waivers question

So I play in this one league that has no waiver rules but individual players lock for gametime. I wanted to see if I could snatch up Ogletree but he is locked. I have never played in a league with no waivers, so if anyone has, would you know when those individual players unlock? I want to know in case I have to check early tomorrow morning or if I have to wait till Tuesday. I tried looking all over ESPN for how this rule works since its unique but had no luck. Thanks!
