TE dilemma: Cook, Rudolph or Olsen?

Went with the late TE drafting strategy and now must make a decision on who to start week to week until one of these guys separates himself.

Jared Cook vs. NE in a game where Tennessee is likely to be playing catchup?
Kyle Rudolph vs. JAX (this is a PPR league)
Greg Olsen vs. TB

These are some solid options. I wanted Olsen as Shockey is no longer in Carolina. I have Gresham but I'm wondering if I should grab Rudolph since Simpson is sitting with a suspension.

Standard Scoring = Olsen
PPR = It's a toss up, but I'd lean towards Oslen as Newton is a better QB than Ponder.

I'd go with Olsen. He has the best QB of the bunch, has looked good in preseason and is supposedly in for an increase in targets with shocke gone.
