Getting Lance Moore and Nate Washington into lineup?

trying to decide either putting Lance Moore and Nate Washington (or both over pierre Garcon)into the lineup.
The other 2 starters are:
1-Brandon Marshall
2-Pierre Garcon

I have them on my other 2 teams, but I plan on keeping them there for now:

Non ppr:
1-Wes Welker
2-Eric Decker
3-Antonio Brown
Bench-Nate Washington

PPR:
1-Wes Welker
2-Antonio Brown
3-Dwayne Bowe
Bench-Lance Moore

I really like Moore this year, but Garcon is probably the safer play. There is just too many weapons in NO. Garcon will likely get more targets. TEN should be down, so Washington is definitely an option too. I'd rank them Garcon, Washington, Moore, for this week only.

I'd roll with Garçon. He will get more targets and his teams likely gonnA have to throw it a lot.
