I feel that my RB position is extremely week. Any suggestions on how to improve the team? What would you rank it from 1-10?

What I like:
-Romo had a good night for you, it looks like he has the weapons to have a good season. After seeing his first outting you have to be feeling good about that pick.
-McCoy is obviously a stud runner. He is more or less interchangeable with Foster and Rice in my mind.
-Gronk is the 2nd TE on my board behind Graham. You have to love him after what he did last year, and although I expect a drop in his production, he is still a stud.
-Matty Ice as a back up is solid. I think he is in for a big season with all those weapons, and you may have a tough time choosing your QB week to week.
-AJ Green is a beast.
-So is Antonio Brown. I'd bet Brown will outproduce his ADP.
-I like Hillis (he might be you #2 back sooner than later).

What I don't like:
-8 team leagues make rosters look so OP.
-I only like Welker in a PPR format.
-Bradshaw looked good this week, but the rookie will be in the mix if he gets the fumbles under control.
-Dwayne Bowe and Michael Turner are old.
