A few thoughts:
I like Deangelo Williams for the first couple weeks. I actually think you are okay at running back if you manage it right. MJD will be back to speed in a few weeks, and Williams and Jennings should be strong starters until then. Doug Martin looks to be like the rookie RB to own IMO.
My only complaint about your RBs is that I don't like Alfred Morris. Nothing against the player, as he acutally looks like a beast, but I just say no to Shanny's RBs. Shanny hates fantasy football I think. Still, not bad as a late round flyer.
Starting 3 WR is weird to me. I like Marshall and Brown a lot though. Brown looks like the real deal every time I see him play, and Marshall should benefit from the reunion with Cutler. I'm not as high on B. LLoyd as everyone else, but that might just be the 'skins fan in me. He was poo for the 'skins. If I were in a league that started 3 WRs I might try to add one more with upside to my bench (maybe Ogletree or Collie off waivers). Crabtree is not the answer IMO.
Hernandez should be good at TE, although competing with Gronk for touches makes me nervous, but hey it worked great last season.
I actually really like your team, except for your QB (here we disagree). Cutler is good not great IMO. Marshall will help, but how much? Cutler was not good last season. I would look to add a backup with some upside to your roster (maybe a guy like Russell Wilson off waivers, if you are lucky, or you might try trading a Jennings or Williams for a quality QB when their stocks goes up early this season, as I think they will).
If you can, I could use a little feedback on my roster:
