Comparing 2 10-Man Teams (WHIR!)

Hey guys! I am in two different 10-team leagues (one auction and one snake draft) and I am trying to figure out which team has the stronger roster (and, consequently, if I need to upgrade at a given position on either team). I am leaning towards Team 2, but I also really like Team 1 and I don't know if there's a noticeable difference between the two teams. I would love to hear what you guys think (and what rating you would give each of the teams). Please leave a link and I will gladly comment on yours also. Thanks!

Both look solid but I like Team 2 better

Jody over Jennings, Graham over Celek, and Foster over Jackson are the main reasons.

I like:
-Matty Ice. Good value this year. He has weapons. He is coming of a consistent if not spectacular season. He is not elite, but a solid #1, who I think has some upside this season.
-Arian Foster obviously. Shine on you philosophical vegan diamond.
-DMac. The injuries scare me, so its a gamble, but if he could only stay healthy he would be a beast . . .
-SJax. The main RB in a Jeff Fischer offense = good for fantasy. See CJ2K and Eddie George for examples.
-G Jennings. Hey he is as consitent as it gets for WRs, and his QB is money in the bank.
-B Marshall. Back with his old buddy Cutler, should be much better situation.
-J Nelson. Big upside pick. I like.
-J Graham. Best TE on my board. Brees loves his TE, and no fear of somebody else taking looks as in NE.
-T-Rich. Cleveland's only weapon in line for a lot of touches.
-B Tate. Expensive to handcuff Foster, but totally worth it.
-D Martin. May end up being the best rookie RB this season. Certainly in a good situation compared to T-Rich.
-R. Wayne. He put up decent fantasy numbers last year with no team around him, he will be better this year. He looks good in preseason for sure.

I don't like:
-Hakeem Nicks. He has some value as Eli's second look, but I think Cruz is the main man in NY now. Also there is an injury history with him.
-Actually that is about it for complaints. You obviously know what you are doing.

Both of your teams look good overall. I'm used to bigger league's so you look way OP to me, but even taking into account the 10 team format, I think you are stacked in both leagues.

In answer to your question, I think team 2 is the better team. Foster-Tate handcuff is money. D-Mac as RB#2 is crazy. Both WR1 and WR2 should be productive. Easily one of the best TEs. Good sleeper QB. Great sleeper RB for flex. This team is so good I'm wondering what the rest of your league was thinking. It looks too good to be true. You should be in competition for the 'ship with this one, provided you manage your depth well during the season.
