whacko for Flacco!!
In two wins against Cinci last year, he went 270/2/1 and 130/1/0--while the yardage in the second game was low, he completed 15 of 19 (79%) so he was very efficicent at taking what he was given. Also, Rice went for 190 yards, so they didn't pass very much.

Whoops fixed Rivers opposing team. It is actually Raiders. I'm sort of leaning towards Flacco myself, I just think they will be running it way more than throwing it.

I can think of no set of matchups where I would start Flacco over Rivers. That's just crazy.
