Who to Start Flex Week 1: Benson, Ingram, or P.Thomas?

12 team league, NO PPR, heads-up. Who should start in the FLEX position of the three:

Cedric Benson vs. Niners
Mark Ingram vs. Redskins
Pierre Thomas vs. Redskins

Usually I would say Benson, but they are playing the best D in the NFL.

normally the best defense thing would work, but the most amount of people in the box against the pack will probably be 6 due to the Packers high powered offense. The holes are going to be huge for Benson this week and id definitely start him over Ingram or Thomas.. im a little partial though.. haha
