I subbed in Tate late last night, then put Foster back in with 5 minutes before kickoff. Got really lucky there.

This reaffirmed my rule never to sit Studs, unless they're not playing. Period.

Amazingly, despite sitting Foster, I'm currently the highest scoring team in the league and I've won my matchup by 16 points. I'd be slaughtering with an over 30 point win if I'd have started Foster.

On my redraft team I started Foster but benched Richardson and started Ridley instead - solid gold!!! ;-D

Good start/sit decision making is probably the second most important aspect of Fantasy Football behind the draft. If you have a B+ draft and then do an A+ start/sitting the whole season, you're gonna be sitting pretty.
