Week 1 RB injuries; Who to start?!

So DeMarco already ran well for me Wednesday, despite not hitting pay dirt, and I have Shady in the top spot. However, I've got some injuries affecting my decision-making for the third RB (FLEX) spot Sunday. Marshawn Lynch (4:25pm kickoff) is Questionable with his back so even if he does play, I don't know how many touches or how effective he will be. Conversely, Arian Foster is injured and is a gametime decision, like Lynch, and I have Ben Tate (1pm kickoff) which would be a nice start if Foster is out. Lastly, I have Doug Martin (4:25pm kickoff) who is healthy as can be but will be splitting carries with Blount. All of this hinges on the game time decisions for Foster and Lynch, and luckily I have backup plan with Martin.

Scenarios:

1) Foster and Lynch are deemed fit and are good to go.
-Choices are Lynch and Martin.

2) Foster is good but Lynch is out.
-Choice is Martin.

3) Foster is held out and Lynch is good.
-Choices are Tate and Lynch.

4) Both players are held out.
-Choices are Tate and Martin.

Sorry for the long explanation, but what are your feelings on the possible scenarios? WHIR.

I think you are going to have a good week either way you go. In scenario 1 I would go with Lynch. In scenario 3 I would go with Martin. In scenario 4 I would go Martin as well.

So it looks like you aren't too high on Tate. I was thinking 1) Lynch, 2) Martin, 3) Tate, 4) Tate just because I'm not sure what Martin is gonna do. I know Tate is stater-worthy when Foster is gone and the fact that Lynch is still gonna be bothered by his back leaves me iffy with him. Thanks for the suggestions!

Go with Doug Martin in any scenario.

He's not injured, he's starting, he's talented, and he's going against a defense that allowed 19 rushing touchdowns last season. LeGarette Blount or no LeGarette Blount, Martin is a fairly safe bet for 10+ carries and 90% the passing down work.

They didn't draft him to not use him. First game of the season, at home, they will use him heavily.

I'd go w/ 4:25 time. Martin unless Lynch is looking VERY healthy
