I am in a standard league with one keeper. I have two WR slots to fill and have four WR to choose from. They are Wes Welker, Eric Decker, Vincent Jackson, and Justin Blackmon. Which two would you start?
Even without ppr, I put Welker in there for sure, in that offense, with that many potential targets...he's in. #2 is tough - have to rule the rookie out, nothing to base him starting over 2 veterns. Again, w/o ppr...I would lean towards VJax, just so much better of a chance of a big play for a td happening. Good luck

I had Welker pencilled in, but I was not sure about the second slot. I think that Peyton will be pretty good in Denver, and he does like Decker. But he is playing Pittsburgh.
Jackson can sure put up the points, but he can also disappoint. Schiano favored the run at Rutgers so it will be interesting to see how he handles Freeman and Jackson in the passing game. And with Jackson, you have the other side of the coin from Decker with him playing Carolina.
I am a big Oklahoma fan, so I have watched Blackmon tear it up in the Big the last four seasons. But that isn't the NFL, and a rookie is a rookie until he proves otherwise.
