Need to know more about your team - what are the starting positions, is it PPR, how many teams in the league, how many points for passing TD's???

Just off the top, unless you have to start 2 QB's, I would trade Roethlisberger for a decent RB to bolster your bench.

I agree, Big Ben is the lesser of the 3 QBs so trade him unless you start 2 QBs in your league....looking at your roster you are pretty shallow at RB. Run DMC is injury prone, so It's best to try and get a solid bakup for him. If in a PPR (point per reception) league, guys like Reggie Bush and Darren Sproles are good backs to have. Other than that, things are looking good.

I think you need an elite RB because McFadden is an injury risk (with him being the workhorse of OAK), Turner looks to be showing his age and days of eclipsing 100 yards seems to be over. I would keep Peyton and Ben as my back-up and try and trade Stafford. Possibly Stafford for Richardson or Lynch? I'm not a big Smith fan this year, I think Lafell will produce similar numbers. But I do like Tony as your TE. Torrey Smith seems like a headcase to me. He'll either go 12/175/2 or 3/45/0.

Good Luck!
12-Man PPR
QB (1): T. Romo, A. Luck
WR (3): D. Bryant, D. Amendola, B. Lafell, D. Moore, A. Hawkins
RB (2): T. Richardson, M. Turner, D. Brown, J. Dwyer
TE (1): R. Gronkowski, D. Pitta
K (1): M. Crosby
DEF (1): BAL

Go Buffs!
