Johnathan Dwyer?

Postby TexasMade8810 » Sat Sep 08, 2012 2:32 pm

Is he getting the start week 1? Everything I'm reading says he's getting an expanded role. He's outplayed Isac Redman so far, and Redman is still coming off of a ankle injury.I would love to play him at Flex this week instead of Reggie Bush @ Houston, but I can't do it unless I know he's going to see the field enough to make it worth it. Cause I don't think Bush, or the Dolphins are doing anything this week. In fact I expect them to get shut out.

Even if Dwyer plays, I still like Bush more.

As a Steeler fan, it's really a tossup. Neither is going to get enough snaps to be workhorse-like and fantasy viable. Only thing you'll get is a rogue run of 40 yards or something giving you a few points.

As much as it hurts to say, as I've been counting on Redman since earlier drafts, go with Bush.

Well, Redman may have gotten the start, but Dwyer looked far more impressive to me against the Denver D. Heck, Redman didn't even average 2 ypc while Dwyer was around 5 ypc and made some tough carries. I'd say Dwyer is the favorite right now.
