Defense/RB Help!!!!

I am debating if I should start the Lions defense or the Bears Defense. Also if I should start Ronnie Brown or Shonn Greene.

PLEASE SEND SOME HELP!!!!!!

I would go with the Lions defense. The Rams offensive lion is bad. I would go with Greene because he will get a good amount of touches.
