It would be nice if they would let you trade after this week. I would say yes. When healthy Mathews was top ten pick. I would chance Mathews injury history over Williams.

You are deep enough to risk this. How long is the trade good for? I'd start Williams for Week 1 and then agree to the trade. Williams is a top 15 RB easy when you know he is getting the majority of the carries.
(Although I imagine if he is making this offer he really needs to start Williams week 1 and would cancel the offer) I'd say go for it. I think Williams will end up with more fantasy points at the end of the year, but you will never know when to start him and JStew doesn't miss many games.

Yup, snag this one up while you can. D-Will did nothing with Stewart so there's no telling who is going to be the preferred back in Carolina. Matthews, on the other hand, WILL be the RB1 at SD when he heals up. Do it.
