21st year - 1st Website

This will be our 21st year for fantasy football. We have a solid 10 franchises and 2 spots that come and go.
This year we decided to step away from ESPN hosting our league and jump into the big boy website leagues.
I thought Id show our website banner, team banners and helmets. First year I've ever designed and it's addicting.
I can take constructive criticism, so fire away. Suggestions would be helpfull.

Spammy!! LOL, took me forever to figure out how to get the URL to work and now I can't post. Can someone please clue me in on how to post a couple banners?
