Tate or Titus Young at Flex??

Who do you see as the better flex option this week; Tate (assuming Foster plays) or Titus Young?
PPR league.

I would go with Tate. He should see 12-15 touches even if Foster plays.

Definitely Tate. Young is in for a breakout season but week 1 is about safety and Tate will get a good workload against a bad team even with Foster playing.
