Anyway to upgrade, or any suggestions for my team?

10 person Yahoo league. Scoring is kinda weird and goes like this:

Passing: 50 yards per point; 4 points for TD; 2 points at 150 yards; 4 points at 300 yards.
Rushing: 25 yards per point; 6 points for TD; 2 points at 100 yards; 4 points at 150 yards.
Receiving: 25 yards per point; 6 points for TD; 2 points at 50 yards; 4 points at 100 yards.
Kickers: Field Goals 0-19 yards are 3 points; 20-29 yards are 3 points; 30-39 yards are 3 points; 40-49 yards are 4 points; 50+ yards are 5 points; Point after attempt made is 1 point.
Defense: Sack/interception/fumble recovery/safety/blocked kicks are all 2 points; defensive TD's and return TD's are 6 points; return yards are 50 yards per point and 2 points at 100; points allowed 0 is 10 points; points allowed 1-6 is 7 points; points allowed 7-13 is 4 points; 4th down stops are 1 point.

Drafted what seems to be a pretty decent team and this is how it looks right now:

QB - A.Rodgers
RB - J.Charles
RB - D.Murray
WR - A.Johnson
WR - H.Nicks
TE - Coby Fleener
W/R/T - Dez Bryant
K - Robbie Gould
D/ST - Arizona
Bench - K.Britt, J.Maclin, E.Decker, R.Griffin III, C.Spiller, B.Tate, R.Williams

The scoring is kinda skewed towards receiving so I stocked up and think I'm in really good shape for that area. I obviously like me QB situation with Rodgers and seeing RGIII's first game bumped him up a whole lot. RB seems a little thin, but I think my starting two are generally pretty good and will be able to do well, and the recent injury to Fred Jackson and C.J. Spillers blowup made him a whole lot more valuable as well. My weakest area is obviously TE, with Fleener being such an unknown, even though he did well in his first game against a pretty good Chicago defense. What I wanna try and do is potentially target a new TE, maybe an RB thats a bigger red zone threat, and possibly a new defense as well (I'm not sure I'm sold on Arizona just yet). I think my bench has a lot of players that are moveable and have a pretty high value, especially with how the league is scored. What or who do you suggest I move and what to try and get in return? Is Jimmy Graham a viable option, cause I've been looking into the owner who owns him and he has FJax, and with his injury Spiller's value is bound to skyrocket. Anything else you think I should try? Gimme some options or ideas and help me out and feel free to leave link so I can help back as well!
