Ogletree worth #1 Waiver spot? (WHIR)

Soooo . . . . Ogletree got a LOT of targets, and DAL WR3s have a history of exploding big onto the scene (Miles Austin, Laurent Robinson, etc). I am in a deeper league (12 teams, 18 man roster), so most obvious guys you would have your eye on are already on another team. Seems like a lot of breakout WRs happen early on. So if you miss them they're gone. With Titus Young disappointing, and Maclin with a sore hip flexor the argument could be made to drop Royster and burn my #1 waiver claim to take a chance on Ogletree . . . . especially with Dez Bryant and Miles Austin having recent durability issues.
