I would certainly go with Spiller for now. Hard to bench a guy who had 169 yards in week 1.
I'd say Charles as well, although he was pretty underwhelming in week 1, so I do not say that with much confidence. You should certainly consider Bush over him given the PPR format.
EDIT: Somehow I did not even consider Bradshaw the first time I answered this. So I changed my mind on this. I think you go Bradshaw over Charles or Bush based on last week's performance.

I can start two, now which two?
1.0 PPR 1.0/10yrds 6/TD
Go with J. Charles and CJ Spiller. Fred Jackson is hurt so Spiller will not lose any carries and he's very explosive. Peyton Hillis had less than 5 carries last week so Charles should dominate most of the touches.

I changed my mind about my choices above and edited my post accordingly. I think you are right to go with Bradshaw and Spiller given how they looked last week.

That's what I would pick. Spiller had a fantastic game 1, and he's got no competition, so he seems like a must-start to me.
Bradshaw is also a good choice; even in the terrible giants game last week, he managed 13 points if I remember right, so I wouldn't feel bad at all about betting on him.
Charles or Bush might be good for flex if its open, but I wouldn't put them ahead of the other guys right now.
I go Charles and Spiller. I like the upside there. It's very close between Spiller and Bush with that PPR factor, but I anticipate Spiller being more of a factor.
