I've been offered RGIII in exchange for Percy Harvin & Sam Bradford.
I know I have Brady, but I'm considering this for future trade value- I feel like I'm deep at receiver but weak at RB.

You wont start RG3 over Brady besides the bye week. No point in trading a starter for a bench player IMO.
