Trade Demaryius Thomas for Wes Welker in 12 tm redraft PPR?

12 team redraft H2H, standard scoring with exception of .5 PPR and grossly favored QB scoring (6 pts/pass TD, 1 pt/20 passing yards)
Starting Positions: QB, 2 WR, 2 RB, TE, W/R/T, K, DEF with 7 bench spots

Roster:
QB: Eli Manning, Josh Freeman
WR: Larry Fitzgerald, Demaryius Thomas, Denarius Moore, Nate Washington
RB: Marshawn Lynch, Ben Tate, Shane Vereen, Ryan Mathews, Kendall Hunter
TE: Jermichael Finley, Jacob Tamme
K: Akers
DEF: Atlanta, San Francisco

So I have been offered Wes Welker in exchange for my Demaryius Thomas. In a PPR, Welker does have more value, but I am cautious to give up Demaryius and his upside, combined with the fact Welker has a lot of teammates to steal targets (Gronk, AHern, Lloyd).

It seems like a buy-low for Welker, but I don't know if I should sell short on Demaryius and his upside with #18 lobbing him bombs. Thoughts?

I think thats a nice buy low for Welker

I think it's a solid deal if your looking for a safer option.

That being said, I personally have both Welker and Thomas on my team and think Thomas has MONSTER upside with Manning throwing him the ball. He has elite talent but never had a competent QB delivering him the ball. Now that he does....sky's the limit.

I think I would pass personally....I think welkers numbers will be cut down this year. I think they are going to run Ridley more. Thomas I think is in for a huge year....Just my opinion...
