also Ten only gave up 117 yards and 11 receptions last week to WR's Welker and Lloyd, so i wouldnt call them terrible.. it was their nickle backs and LB's that couldnt cover Hernandez or Gronk.. Buffalo is playing KC and they just gave up 18 catches for 258 yards and 3 TD to the Jets.. yes the Jets.. i think that argument alone pretty much solidifies starting McCluster over Meachem

I would go with McCluster, he seems to be Cassel's go to guy though it will be interesting to see how it plays out with Bess since there basically is no one else to throw too. He may haul in enough for your PPR but probably not more than McCluster.

yes, i was thinking about Bess as well since he is basically the only WR on that team.. once he gets a good matchup (week 6 against STL) i'll probably throw him in over McCluster, that is if Fred isnt back by then

i dont get why everyone is telling me to check FA's obviously im not going to get an Ogletree or Hill since i did win last week.. and there isnt going to be a decent RB threat on the Waivers as well, McCluster is a good threat when healthy, Meachem is decent, and Bess is the only WR in Miami. i dont think any of them deserved to be dropped so why would i look at waivers?

Meachem @ home vs Ten Ingram @ Carolina Bess @ home against Oakland McCluster @ Buffalo
Hmmm, this is a tough choice. I agree with others that have said to go with McCluster. I'm a San Diego fan, so I know more about them than other teams, and Rivers simply likes going to Floyd and Gates more than he does Meachem. Meachem might have a good game here and there because Rivers likes to spread the ball around, but nothing you can count on. Also Rivers' accuracy looked a little off when I was watching the game on Monday night. I had high hopes for him this year, but I may have to curb my enthusiasm. Ingram is on a pass first team, and he's also competeing with Thomas and Sproles in the backfield. Not a great option there. Bess is going to get his looks and has a good matchup against Oakland, but the QB play down in Miami is nothing to get excited about. I don't know much about McCluster, but based on his week one performance, he's going to get some usage as a wr. I like Cassel enough that I'd go with that. He won't have much use as a rb with Charles performing well, but I still like him.
Good luck in week 2, and thanks for your help with my post.
Thanks for your help with mine. Bummer about Fred Jackson. If Spiller keeps playing like he did last week, Jackson might be out of a starting job.
As others said, I think its between McCluster and Meachem. I'm with you in leaning towards McCluster as he seems like a safe bet to get a lot of targets. However, if Gates is as hurt as it looks he is, Meachem might see more targets. My gut says go with McCluster here though.
