Does this look like a fair trade?

I'm trying to get CJ Spiller from another owner and I'm not very good at making trades. Do you think if I gave up Donald Brown, Steve Johnson, and Kendall Wright for Spiller and Demaryius Thomas that would be a fair trade? This is a 10 team standard non PPR league. we use 1 QB, 2 RB's, 2 WR's, 1 TE, and a flex RB/WR spot.

any help would be great!
