Zona d over Broncos d? I liked Broncos d last yr for stingy yardage keeping them in games...now with more offensive firepower they should find themselves ahead and in a position to pick off forced throws...is this an accurate assessment?

The Cardinals return game is better than the Broncos so I rate them a little higher.

Your assessment of offensive firepower for the Broncos is based on Manning alone. In the past the Colts had a mediocre defensive team as a whole while giving up tons of yardage both on the ground and in the air.

I like Arizona overall.

They generate sacks but their overall defensive schemes are porous and allow too many points for opposing offenses. Plus the linebacking core is hurting again and Woodson can't be everywhere on the field for each play. Therefore I have them last on this list.

Last overall in defense against the pass last year is a deterrent. They looked pretty average against the Niners this week.

I dropped them for Broncos D, hope I don't regret this. Cards D is available as well. I think they're built around their defense, similar to Denver last year with Tebowmania, but I think Denver's got a better offense keeping the defense fresher and in more games against frantic offenses forcing plays to match Manning's output.

May be a bit optimistic, I haven't studied Broncos Defense history before last year's last like 6 weeks when the Broncos looked strong (besides the Pats blowout which is okay bc I'd bench a defense against the Pats)
