Should I trade Jamal Charles for Victor Cruz or Steve Smith

i can get either of the WRs and it's a PPR league. My backup rb is Michael Turner and the wr either of those guys would replace in the lineup is holmes or moss

I think Charles is worth more than Cruz or Smith. He does not need a lot of touches to be a top 15 running back. Also I would not want to rely on Turner this season.
