Bal, NE, or SD for week 2 Def?

Which d should I start week 2? Bal vs eagles, NE vs Ari, or SD vs Ten?

I would start NE and bank on the QB switch and the mess in the Cardinals running game giving you the points. I see Eagles coming back with a statement game with Baltimore (even thought I think they will still lose). San diego defense looked okay against the raiders but I didn't see anything special.
