IF Ryan Mathews clears for Week 2, what is value?

If Ryan Mathews clears for contact wed, and plays Week 2, what would you expect his value be? Would it be like a Doug Martin or Ridley play, or better?

Even if he is cleared, which he has not been yet, I won't be playing him til week 3.

Hopefully he will be ready for week 3. If he's ready this week, I doubt he will sniff my starting roster.
