I'm in a 10-team .5 ppr league with the following team:
QB: Matt Ryan
RB1: Matt Forte
RB2: Darren Sproles
WR1: Roddy White
WR2: Jordy Nelson
WR3: Torrey Smith
TE1: Rob Gronkowski
Flex1: CJ Spiller
Flex2: Randall Cobb
Kicker: Dan Bailey
Defense: NYJ
Bench: Randy Moss
Bench: Robert Meachem
Bench: Malcom Floyd
Bench: Pierre Thomas
Bench: Donald Brown
Bench: Santonio Holmes
Yahoo is projecting this trade to hurt me by 50 points and help him by 75 points. Of course, the projections are really low for Welker after week 1, so I'm trying to bank on a comeback. As well, Spiller's value is high for the next month or so, but where I really want points are in the playoffs. What's your take on the future of Welker and the value in making this trade. Thanks in advance.

I'm not so sure I'd do this. End of the year, I don't think Smith's stats will be much different than Welker's. Spiller's production over what you have on your bench might just be the difference between you making and not making the playoffs. He's got a month of value if not more. If it's more, and his production is high, Jackson might not have his spot.
