Keeper League: Rice for Brady and pick

I am in a 10 team keeper. We play 2 RB and a Flex. My QB is Eli Manning and Shaub. RB are:

Ray Rice
Adrian Peterson
Jamal Charles
Ahmad Bradshaw
Toby Gerhart
Mikel Leshoure

I can keep Peterson and Rice next year and that is it. I can keep Charles two more years.

I have been offered Tom Brady for Ray Rice. I would then be able to keep Brady 3 years. I will also be getting his 4th round pick for my 5th. Would you make the deal?
