Postby Bballneverstops » Wed Sep 12, 2012 10:39 pm

Hey so I have an empty Roster spot and there a a bunch of solid WR's I could pick up. Who would you suggest out of the following?

Kevin Ogletree
Stephen Hill
Alshon Jeffery

Also if there is anyone else that you think would be a good pickup let me know. I will help back
QB- P. Manning
RB- LeSean McCoy, Ryan Mathews
WR- Wes Welker, Larry Fitzgerald
TE- Kyle Rudolph
W/R- Run DMC
B- Donald Brown (RB), Anquan Boldin (RB), Aaron Hernandez, Jason Witten, Josh Gordon, Vick Ballard
K- G. Zurline
Def- NYG

I like Hill the best of those three!

I like Ogletree moreso out of that bunch. Both Hill and Jeffery have upside as well. What RB's are available? You have very little depth at that position.

I had an late waiver spot so both Morris and Spiller were picked up quick in my league. There is not really any RB that can be picked up. The best one available is mccluster but is a RB/WR in my league.

I would grab McCluster instead. He is a RB with WR hands working the slot. Then try to work out a trade for a good RB by trading away one of your wideouts.

Yea I was thinking about trying to trade Welker and Mathews for someone like Forte or Chris Johnson but if there is someone else I could trade for I might do that. I like donald brown but I am just not sure how many carries he is going to get if Indy starts falling behind quick.

I like ogletree, with what laurent robonson did last year u gotta believe the cowboys 3rd WR has things pretty easy and will continue to produce.
12-man league.1pt per 25 pass yards, 1 pt per 10 rush/rec yards, 6 pts all tds. NOT A PPR LEAGUE.

QBs: Brady, Schaub
RBs: Mathews, Redman, Mendenhall, Woodhead, Leshoure, Best
WRs: Welker, Bowe, Marshall, Britt, Maclin
TE: Olsen
D: Buffalo
K: Matt Bryant

Would be hard to trade Mathews right now until he starts and produces in SD. Unless you have an owner that is madly interested in him. You could try it though and see if the owner bites (Welker/Mathews for Forte). I would stay away from C.Johnson for now. !+)

One of my friends said he would already make a trade for Colston and Mathews for Forte I just want to see how Mathews looks because Forte is losing a bunch of TD's to Bush
