Trade proposal, advice please!

I'm in a 12 team keeper (we have 2 year contracts with RTM in the third) auction style, 100$ cap.

Roster:
QB: Newton, Wilson, Flacco
RB: Foster, SJax, Helu, Pead, Hillman, Taiwan Jones
WR/TE: Garcon, Wayne, Gronk, steve johnson, Moore (oak),
K: Bryant, Hansen
Start 1QB, 2RB, 3WR/TE, K and D

Potential trade:
I give Sjax (11$ til 2014), Pead (3$ til 2014), Johnson (6$, w/ RTM after this year), Moore (1$, no contract) and Hansen (1$, rtm)

I get Jamaal Charles (16$, 2014), Jordy Nelson (4$, rtm), viniteri (2$, who cares)

Is this worth it? His team is rebuilding and needs some depth this year and I have a couple bucks in cap space I could spare. Any thoughts?

So sjax and steve johnson for jordy and charles is really what were looking at. The rest u could peobably care less about... Id take the deal, charles should get better as he gets more work in on that knee and jordy is the better WR too.

Just curious . . . . how many do you keep each year?

It is contract based. We keep CAN everyone we draft and then get right to match on midseason pickups. We have to pay real money for pickups though so there isn't a lot of waiver wire action unless it looks like a sure thing. I've got Newton for 4$ this year from last years draft but had to pay 30$ for Foster and will have him for that much next year if I want him.
