drop SEA for CIN, DAL, OAK?

I thinking more of taking a shot that Wheeden will continue to lob balls into the welcoming hands of defenders like he did Week 1, so i thought picking up Cinci would be a good gamble. Or should I just keep Seattle?

Seattle has better upside the rest of the season IMO.

Cin makes a good matchup play tho this week, although they don't pressure the QB like philly
