1 Point per reception. 5 pt bonus for 100 yards rushing/ receiving.

Which 3 should I start out of these 4? : CJ2K, Sproles, D.Martin, CJ Spiller. Right now I'm leaning towards benching CJ2k but don't think I can bring myself to bench a first round pick ( I know I know..). Thanks in advance.
