I am in a 12 team Std. Scoring non-PPR league. I need to choose 1RB and 1WR between the following lists.

CJ Spiller
Doug Martin
WR
Vincent Jackson
Stevie Johnson
Nate Washington
Help me out.

I would go with CJ Spiller at RB as he has shown an ability to put up good numbers and has the most favorable matchup of the three. As for WR, I would go with Stevie Johnson just because he will be at home facing a Chiefs secondary that got burned last week. Both the defenses in this KC @ BUF game are horrible and its likely to be a shootout.
