Depends on the rest of your team and the type of league you are in. You should make your team and the structure of your league in your signature so you dont have to write it for each post. This way it will be way easier for people to answer your questions accurately.

The funny thing is that in my 10 man standard league both are available on the waiver wire... yes I would do it because ingram can show up with a 0-5 point day at any given time where as washington should be relatively consistent and have at least some sort of value every week. It really depends on your depth at the positions, but I do not think Ingram will have much value this year.

Tough to say without your roster but for their straight up value I actually like Washington more. I am really down on Ingram though and do not find him a great play...especially in a 10 man league

^^ Likewise. I have no idea what your RB and WR depth looks like so it's too tough to give decent advice. Assuming you have quality options as starters at both positions, I like Washington as a better bench option.
