Jay Cutler for Aaron Rodgers? Need Help ASAP

Postby illad3lph » Thu Sep 13, 2012 6:27 pm

I am in a 14 team redraft PPR league. Everything is pretty standard other than bonuses, and QBs get 5 points per TD and .25 pts per completion

I got offered Aaron Rodgers and Peyton Hillis for Steven Ridley, Jay Cutler and Aaron Hernandez? Should I take this?

Or do you see anything?

Here is my roster:

QB - Jay Cutler
RB- Matt Forte
RB- Steven Ridley
WR - Brandon Marshall
WR- Larry Fitzgerald
TE - Aaron Hernandez
Flex - Percy Harvin
BN - Michael Bush
BN - Jared Cook
BN - Justin Blackmon
BN - Mikel Leshoure
BN-Jake Locker
BN- Alshon Jeffrey

His team is:

QB - Aaron Rodgers
RB - Jamal Charles
RB - Peyton Hillis
WR - Danny Amendola
WR - Eric Decker
Flex - Randy Moss
TE - Fred Davis
BN - Dwayne Bowe
BN - Fred Jackson

No. :-t You give up Ridley you lose your starting #2 RB and will have to rely on backups until LeShoure becomes starter-worthy on a weekly basis. Losing Hernandez, too, is not worth the upgrade for Rodgers at QB over Cutler.

No. Rodgers would be a good upgrade, but, looks like Ridley will be much better than Hillis. And Hernandez to boot?

Nope. No way.

Rodgers has bad vibes this season. I'd avoid.
10 rushing yards - 1 pt
10 receiving yards - 1 pt
20 passing yards - 1 pt
All TDs - 6 pts (QBs favored)
