Trade Fred Jackson?

I'm in a PPR league and I have an offer to get Peyton Hillis and Donald Brown for Fred Jackson. Should I make this trade? With CJ Spiller blowing up and possibly getting better while Jackson is on the bench, Jackson may lose reps if not his position by the time he's ready. Any thoughts?

Ugh. Yeah, you need a RB or two that is currently upright and on the field. I'd do it for need mostly and look to make a trade or two to upgrade your RB core afterwards.
