WHO IS THE LESSER OF TWO EVILS? QB HELP

Yea, I know. Neither option is ideal, but would you start Carson Palmer against a Miami team with a weak pass D or would you start Josh Freeman against a Giants D?

I'm guessing Freeman will throw fewer int's and that's what I am basing my opinion on, solely!!

any one agree/disagree with me?
