This league has pretty standard scoring (1pt for 10 rushing yds or 10 receiving yds, 6 points for receiving or rushing TD). This is not a PPR league.

Darren Sproles

I get:
AJ Green
Fred Jackson

I am assuming Fred Jackson will miss 4-6 weeks, but return with value similar to or better than Darren Sproles. This trade will make me even better at the WR position, but will leave me without a consistent flex, if I don't find someone to replace Sproles. I like the upgrade from Brown to Green and I feel like I am buying low on Jackson, but who knows how many carries he will get when he returns if Spiller is tearing it up. I am not a huge fan of Sproles, so I would like to hear someone else's opinion.

i would hold off only because i dont know how much fj will do when he returns depending on how well cj spiller does. you do get a better trade but his injury scares me...

That does leave you thin in the flex and especially when all these BYE weeks hit, at least until Jackson is back. You would def. get the better end of the talent, but you have to sacrifice the next 4-6 weeks. I'm not sure it is worth it though. I like Antonio Brown this year so I don't think he's that much of a downgrade from Green. I'd hold off, myself.
